Bisola Adediji is a grounded and compassionate clinician who works with individuals, couples, and families navigating relational stress, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. She earned her Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Texas Wesleyan University and practices as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate under the supervision of Dr. Mike Bishop.

As a first-generation Nigerian-American, Bisola brings cultural humility and sensitivity to her work, particularly with clients navigating identity, family dynamics, and intergenerational expectations. She has a focused interest in working with mother–daughter relationships, couples, family systems, sexual assault survivors, Generation Z, and first-generation immigrant populations.

Bisola’s therapeutic approach emphasizes awareness, emotional safety, and intentional pacing. She works well with clients who feel overwhelmed, guarded, or unsure where to begin, helping them slow down, name their internal experiences, and develop clarity without pressure to move faster than they’re ready.
